The POPP 10-year smoke detector consists of two parts:

An independent smoke detector that not only fully complies with European regulations EN14604, but also with the much more advanced VFDB 14-01 directive. This means, among other things, that the device guarantees a battery life of 10 years, is more resistant to mechanical stress and extreme temperature fluctuations, and is produced according to the advanced production standard UPC-2.

Additional functionalities of this high-quality smoke detector include periodic automated self-tests, dust compensation and special functions for use in bedrooms ( no flashing lights) and user-friendliness (large test button that can easily be operated with a broom handle).
