Compatibility policy
When adding new products to the range, the product is tested with different controllers for compatibility. Compatibility is influenced by three different factors:
- Firmware of the product;
- Firmware of the controller;
- Communication protocol;
The firmware of the product or controller can be changed by the manufacturer. When there is a change in compatibility the list will be updated and get an extra line.

- Product A is fully compatible with firmware 5.070
