Heatit ZM Dimmer
The Heatit ZM Dimmer is a Z-Wave built-in dimmer with active consumption measurement. The ZM Dimmer can be used in 2- and 3-wire installations. The dimmer can be used to control LED lighting from 5W – 250W.
The module is equipped with an intelligent auto-calibration mechanism and works on most low loads. With the auto calibration, the dimmer checks the minimum and maximum load capacity. You can adjust the min. load capacity via the physical button on the module and via a Z-Wave gateway. When connecting low loads, it is recommended to use a bypass.
The ZM Dimmer has two inputs for connecting a switch. The first input is for controlling the connected lamp. The second input is for scene activation only.
In addition, the ZM Dimmer is equipped with various protections, including overload protection, overvoltage and overheating. Finally, the ZM Dimmer can be used as a switch for non-dimmable sources for switching LED lighting, for example. A 3-wire installation is required.
