Heatit Z-TRM6 DC thermostat White RAL 9003
The Heatit Z-TRM6 is a Z-Wave thermostat for operating electric underfloor heating. The thermostat is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor and has two inputs for external temperature sensors. The thermostat can be operated via a Z-Wave controller or the physical buttons on the front.
The thermostat supports active energy metering and various types of protections. The maximum load capacity of the thermostat is 16A. You can also manually set the current measurement, for example if the thermostat is connected to an external relay. The TRM6 is equipped with the following protections: overheating, overload and short circuit in the sensor. The cover frames of the Z-TRM6 are made on the basis of the 55x55 frame standard and tested on the GIRA ST55, Elko and Schneider Exact. The installation depth of the module is 23.5 mm.
Different modes
The Heatit Z-TRM6 can be used in three functional ways: heating, cooling and eco. Each chosen mode will control the internal relay, only the logic will react differently to the sensor data. With the Eco Mode, the thermostat can be (temporarily) set to a lower set point, for example during the holiday or summer period. You can activate this via the physical thermostat or a scene via the gateway.
Master thermostat
The Heatit Z-TRM6 can be set as a MASTER thermostat. Setpoints cannot be sent to the FIBARO Heat Controller or Heatit Z-Temp2, but the Z-TRM6 can send temperature settings to other thermostats (via associations), including the Heatit ZM Thermostat.
Waterborne heating
In combination with the Z-Water (and other Z-Wave switches), the TRM6 can be used for water-based underfloor heating.
In addition, the Heatit Z-TRM6 supports a 'Power Regulator Mode'. This Power Regulator Mode switches the internal relay on and off every X time to heat or cool the room, without using a temperature sensor. For example, the Z-TRM6 switches the internal relay on and then off every 30 minutes.
