The DoorBird D22DKH IP Video Intercom is an IP video intercom for apartment buildings, multi-tenant residences and commercial buildings with support for up to 500 units. The intercom features a 5 MP camera with HDR, ultra-wide-angle lens and infrared night vision for a clear view of visitors both during the day and at night. Calls can be answered via smartphone or tablet (iOS and Android), SIP phones and AVM FRITZ!Fon handsets.

The D22DKH supports real-time audio and video communication over the network and uses Smart Transmission Mode (STM) for optimized operation on mobile devices via WiFi, 3G, 4G and 5G. Echo and noise suppression ensure clear voice communication.

For access control, the intercom features an integrated keypad with 16 keys, a display module, an RFID reader for 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz tags, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and a 4D motion sensor with an adjustable detection range of up to 10 metres. Up to 3000 individual PIN codes can be configured via the keypad. The display can be managed remotely and used, for example, as a resident or company directory.

The DoorBird D22DKH offers extensive integration options thanks to its open API and support for protocols such as SIP, Wiegand, OSDP and RS485. This allows the intercom to be integrated with various smart home, access control and security systems, including KNX, Control4, Loxone, Gira, Home Assistant, Nice and many other systems.

In addition, the intercom features two freely configurable relays for controlling doors, gates or other external devices. Installation is possible via a network connection with Power over Ethernet (PoE) or via existing doorbell wiring in combination with an optional 2-wire converter. The intercom housing for surface or flush mounting must be ordered separately.
